Isaiah 3:2-4

the brave men and the soldiers,

the judges and the prophets,

their leaders and the people who have visions of future things,

³the army officers and the city officers,

the wise advisors,

and those who use magic to do clever things.

⁴The Lord says, ‘I will cause boys to become their leaders who will rule them badly.
